We provide reviews of cases involving any aspect of neonatal medicine, including perinatal asphyxia, hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, newborn resuscitation, circumcision injury, sepsis, necrotizing enterocolitis, prematurity, brain hemorrhage and birth injury.
Case review
Our Neonatal experts will review all provided materials and depositions, create a timeline of events and review relevant medical literature and national guidelines.
Phone Consultation
Following the completed review, an extended phone interview will be scheduled. Our Neonatologists are adept at explaining physiology, pathology, medical decision making and standards of care in a clear and complete fashion. Clients often comment that our Neonatologists can provide them with new avenues to explore.
Written Reports
If requested, a professionally written medical opinion with appropriate and up to date literature references can be created.
Depostions
Our Neonatologists are experienced at providing deposition testimony. Deposition can be in the Neonatologist's home city or they can travel to you.
Trial
When necessary, our Neonatologists can clear there busy clinical schedules to attend trials.
